Our store does not accept split orders. If customers wish to split the products in the order after placing an order, our store will only cancel the order and customers must place separate orders for different products. This also means that they may lose the free shipping and other shopping discounts (if any) enjoyed by the original order.
As all delivery units have the opportunity to send delivery notifications, collection notifications or mail status updates via SMS, customers are responsible for confirming that the phone number provided in the order is correct and can effectively receive SMS. If the customer is unable to receive the relevant SMS and is unable to collect or return the package, the customer will be required to pay the re-delivery fee according to our policy.
Shipping
– Free shipping in Hong Kong for purchases over HKD$3000
– Shipping charges may vary depending on the region/weight of each item, please check the payment page for details
– A surcharge will be charged for outlying islands
Delivery time and delivery method
– Generally, non-customized products will be shipped within 3 days after ordering. Delivery takes about 1 to 2 weeks (depending on the region).
– Products are generally shipped by “SF Express”
Shipping progress
After the goods are dispatched, the system will notify you of the tracking number of the order via email. You are responsible for checking the delivery progress yourself. Generally, SF Express will complete the first delivery or send a collection notice via SMS within 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch (depending on the selected delivery service). If customers do not receive the relevant notification or delivery within a reasonable time, please contact SF Express as soon as possible to inquire.
If the goods are dispatched and additional fees or returns are incurred due to factors not caused by our store, including but not limited to overdue collection, wrong address, wrong phone number, missed delivery or failure to receive collection notice, our store will not bear the relevant responsibility and any expenses and losses incurred, and you must pay the relevant fees yourself. If the goods are returned under this circumstance, our store will notify you by email/WhatsApp after receiving the return. You must pay the re-delivery fee, the additional fee (if any) incurred by the order due to late pickup or return, and provide correct information (if any) before the deadline. If the customer does not respond to the email/WhatsApp within 7 days after sending it, it will be deemed that the customer has abandoned his order and goods. In this case, we will not refund or compensate you, and have the right to dispose of the goods in the order without any responsibility.
