Refund/Return/Order Cancellation Policy

We do not accept returns on any of our products.
We will only accept exchanges if the product is damaged upon receipt.
If the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

The return procedure is as follows:
1. WhatsApp 852 63435338 , attaching the order number and photos of the damaged goods.

After confirmation, we will reply with the return details. Please return the damaged goods together with all packaging materials at once.
If no replacement goods are provided, the amount you paid will be refunded to your credit card.

* In the event of errors in the order quantity or the content of the ordered goods, no returns or exchanges are possible. Please understand.
* If the customer fails to contact sakurayahouse within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the return or exchange of goods.
* Goods that have been opened, used or damaged due to personal reasons cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Only one return can be made for one order.

Receive a refund

If a replacement product is not available, the amount you paid will be refunded to your credit card.
sakurayahouse is unable to refund customs duties and sales taxes. However, you may be able to contact your local customs office to claim back these fees.
Please note that the refund may take up to 2-3 months due to the different processing times required by different credit card companies.

Shipping costs for returned items

For products returned or exchanged at customer request, the shipping costs, refund fees, etc. shall be borne by the customer.

Policy Statement

Returns and exchanges must be completed within the date specified in the return confirmation email, and the product must be new and unused.
We will not accept returns or exchanges for products that do not meet the requirements.

Delayed returns

If the customer fails to contact sakurayahouse within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the return or exchange of the product.

Cancel order

For orders cancelled due to customer demand, such as wrong purchase of goods, change of payment method, etc., a 5% handling fee will be charged.

#When sending out the goods, we will confirm that they are packed before sending out the products. We will not be responsible for the damage caused during transportation.
#All gifts and discounted products are not returnable or exchangeable.
#No cash refunds are accepted.
#If it is not a product quality issue, you must bear the return shipping fee.

In case of any dispute, sakurayahouse reserves the right to make the final decision and reserves the right not to accept returns or exchanges.
